Will 100 crunches a day and 50 situps give you a 6 pack?

I already have abs but they are only visible when I flex, well just my bottoms ones. but my top ones are always visible. Will doing this give me a visible 6 pack?

If you have a layer of fat sitting over top of them, then you won't see them. The crunches and sit ups can help develop your abs, but you need to burn off the fat on top. If you are thin, then this isn't a problem. But, if you are untoned and unfit and hope that by doing sit ups and crunches, you will burn the fat off your tummy and gain abs, then you've been misinformed. You need to work out your entire body to tone it up, and then you can build the muscles on your abdomen.

Seeing as how you already have some visible (didn't see this till after I typed the above) You can try Knee ups and Knee raises, cable crunches, and even cardio exercises. You can Google all of these and several sites will explain how to do them properly and safely.

Make sure you're getting enough protein though, to build muscles you need it. Maybe have a Whey shake in the morning.
