How do I untan myself?
So I'm Asian and I live on a island where it is very sunny. So basically I was already a bit tanned and I was fine with that. But this summer is the very first summer that I've really been to the beach and once we went to go jump a bridge but I couldn't swim at that time so I stayed on the bridge from around 11:30 AM till 5PM and there were no shades so I really really got a tan (oh and there wasn't any sunblock) and now I think that I look horribly tanned. I could almost look like a blackanese or so and next week I'm going paintball and to the beach again. By then I think I will look like an afrikanese hah. Oh and I'm seriously hurting from the tan.
So I was wondering how do I get my normal Asian skin color back or just lighten it a bit. I really want to untan my self. I want to look white! I do not want to be tanned anymore >.>
Exfoliate. Exfoliate. Exfoliate.
Get yourself a loofah and/or a good body scrub. Use sea salt as a scrub if you can't get your hands on a pre-made one. Just don't go nuts and make your skin raw
